These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services (the "Services") provided by AetherMind LLC ("AetherMind," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
2. Subscriptions, Billing & Renewal
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until canceled.
- You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for the applicable fees and any taxes.
- You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time Pro subscriptions. Refund requests after 14 days are reviewed case-by-case. To request a refund, email support@aethermind.app.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any law or third-party rights.
- Upload malicious code, attempt to breach security, or interfere with the Services.
- Use the Services to send spam, harass others, or generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content.
- Reverse engineer or resell the Services without permission.
5. Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, designs, and content, are owned by AetherMind and licensed to you on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a license to host and process it solely to provide the Services.
6. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AetherMind will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice.
