14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be confident in AetherMind. If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of your initial charge for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@aethermind.app from the address associated with your account.
Include the date of purchase and the reason for your request.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Renewals

Renewals are not eligible for the 14-day guarantee. We review post-renewal refund requests case-by-case, especially when the account has not been used in the new billing period.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days and resolve the vast majority without dispute.
